Because these products are delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are final.

Subscription Products (Memberships)

14-Day Refund Period

Subscriptions include a 14-day refund period, beginning on the date of initial purchase.

If you request a refund within this 14-day window:

• You will receive a full refund of your initial payment

• Your access to the subscription will be revoked upon processing

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the support email address provided on your purchase receipt.
Please include your order details so we can locate your transaction.

After 14 Days

After the initial 14-day period:

• All payments are non-refundable

• This includes both initial and recurring subscription charges


Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

When you cancel:

• Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period

• You will not be charged again after cancellation

• No prorated refunds will be issued for unused time

Failed Payments & Access

If a payment fails or is not completed:

• Access may be restored once payment is successfully processed


Chargebacks & Disputes

By completing your purchase, you agree to contact us first to resolve any billing issues.

Initiating a chargeback or dispute without first contacting us may result in:

• Immediate termination of access to all products and services

• Ineligibility for future purchases

We provide clear billing descriptors, receipts, and access details to minimize confusion and prevent disputes.
